   Get matched with a Merchant Success Manager

   Within 1 business day, a dedicated team member emails you to schedule a 20-minute onboarding call (Zoom, WhatsApp, or in-person in Nassau).

   Verify identity & payout details

   Upload your business license or government ID, link a bank account for T+1 payouts, and confirm your pickup/shipping origin so we can compute proximity-based delivery rates.

4. 4

   Storefront activated — start listing

   Your team member walks you through the seller dashboard, uploads your first listings with you, and stays on-call for your first 30 days on the marketplace.
